Tripat Singh, the Founding Partner of the Firm graduated from Punjab University in the year 1957 & completed his LLB in 1973.
He joined the lower judiciary in the year 1955. Thereafter he served at the High Court of Punjab & eventually at the Delhi High Court from where he superannuated. He was instrumental in establishment of the new High Court at Sikkim when Sikkim joined the Indian Union as a state in the year 1975.
He has served as the PPS/ Deputy Registrar to various Chief Justices of both the Delhi & Sikkim High Courts.
After an illustrious career spanning 42 years he superannuated in 1994.
Thereafter, he started his own practice in the field of law & in that capacity he has advised various clients & handled litigations at various forums (including High Courts & Supreme courts) in numerous disputes pertaining to Civil, Criminal, Consumer, property, matrimonial & commercial matters.
He has been regularly appearing before the Delhi High Court, lower courts and various Tribunals/Courts etc. He is also an expert in handling Arbitration matters.
He has rich experience in advising & handling legal matters in diverse fields.

Raman Pal Singh Khalsa, the Managing Partner of the Firm graduated from SRCC in the year 1987 & thereafter, after doing his CA, CS & CMA (I) he did his LLB from the DU in the year 1997.
He is a merit holder with 26th position (on All-India Basis) in his CA Exams.
Since 1991, he has been practising in diverse areas as a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary & a Law Graduate. In this capacity he has had rich experience in handling litigations in the field of both Direct & Indirect taxation & on various corporate matters before different forums.
He is also an expert in meeting compliances & due diligences.
Recently, he has obtained his Bar Licence to practice in the difference areas of law.
